Well I've been getting calls redirected to my Google #, thank the lord since I see so many. But one snuck through, however this guy got my real # I have no idea. Amit Sharma, from Net2Source Inc. # 201-479-3125 . He offered a contracted position for 8 months in a nearby town, the same basic description as always provided in an email, and the same jittery accented voicemail... in fact... I will be uploading records of these messages ASAP because they are all the same. Seriously, stop being so goddamned nervous, learn to speak English, and BTW... stop stalking people to get in touch with them. You should not be calling unlisted #'s.... SKETCHY! Thanks Armit Sharma!

This guy is nuts! He has just called me over 4 times while I was eating dinner (after 7pm ET), he has left a voicemail EVERY time. What is this dude's problem, I've asked him politely several times to stop with the calls non stop and that I will see his missed call or first message and call him back ASAP... yet he still calls and calls and calls. FFS Collabera, what is wrong with your company? Stop hiring uneducated idiots that can barely speak or understand English. You guys are a joke, why would any company trust anyone that you sent to work for them when you yourselves are barely capable of following simple instructions. Yikes, please... just, /quit.
I've been getting emails from Anamika, [email protected]. The simple job description of "Service Desk Analyst" in a town nearby... wow, awesome. No information besides that. Ravi Jaiswal or [email protected] sent an email offering the same exact job, description, and location... wow, I guess some company in Berkeley Heights really wants a position filled quickly, maybe if they put an ad in the paper or a sign on their door they'd have better luck. Honestly, I don't believe this position even exists. Why would a company use more than one contracting agency to fulfill a role? Why are all these agencies that call Indians? Are all of these contracting agencies racist? How come I never hear an English accent, or a white or black voice, or even a female? Seems like racism to me! William M or [email protected], his English in written email is god awful, much like one of those spam mails you get regarding a great deal of inheritance from someone overseas. He offer me a position for HCI, which at first was HCL America for $16 on a 1099, unfortunately I do not take 1099 work, as my resume clearly states W2 or W4 only. Oh man, this is just entertaining. Mani or [email protected] also emailed me about the same position in Morristown, NJ. I've never heard of this company either, so why so many offers for the same job? Hmm... something phishy is going on. I really wish Monster.com was aware of what devils they attract and the chaos they cause. Ahhh this is entertaining, frustrating, and I don't know, scary at the same time. Why America, WHY did we let it come to this? Just for fun I reply to all and add every one of these senders names to the To:, I then ask them all at once if it is for the same position because I am "confused". Why can't someone out of the blue just call and offer an actual interview for an actual JOB? No questions about my resume, no questions about what my Skype ID is, no questions about a phone interview, just offer an INTERVIEW in PERSON at the COMPANY itself! I was searching Google for something like "Indian Recruiters" and came across this site http://blog.computer-fella.com/job-advise/indian-recruiters/ . A lot of people complaining about their experiences, how these clowns blindly call numbers they fish, they literally find numbers listed online on resumes and call and for what reason? A lot of us still do not know. We know that they spoof their phone numbers to come up locally to yours, Because they make the mistakes of calling from the wrong ones, like listed below, the guy Santhosh with 2 last names and 2 phone numbers, yet it was the same guy and even he forgot who and where he was calling from or as. Pathetic.
Lets stop knocking the foreign folk for a minute. I had a company by the name of Fortitude contact me the same day Collabera did, a gentlemen by the name of Eric Dwinell sent me an email with the following: Hi Anonymous, I came across your resume in our database and it looks like you could be a great fit for a couple positions I have available based off your experience. Give me a call as soon as you can if interested. You can reach me @ 872-213-1050. Take care, Eric Eric Dwinell Fortitude Systems Recruiter Office (872) 213-1050 Fax (703) 891-3287 www.fortitudesys.com Hey Eric, how many of these emails do you send on a daily basis? Just wondering... Anyway, I politely emailed him back, and told him I would call him a bit later as I was busy at work... yes people looking for jobs sometimes do have jobs and cannot speak on the phone all day, answering to every single person that calls. Anyway, I call back and someone who sounded like a young kid answered by the name of Matthew, he said Eric was busy but he was working on the same project with him. He gave me no information about the position, he asked me what I was currently making, what I made at my last position, and what I was currently looking for. He then got into things a bit personally, he asked me about one of my last positions, he kept asking for the managers name stating he believed he knew someone from there. I gave him the name, he then asked who else I reported to, I said nobody that we had a few project managers, he asked me for each one of the project managers names, I got a little disturbed and told him I did not remember. Eventually he got around to asking me if I knew Windows Active Directory, I said yes, I gave him examples of when I used it (Active Directory is pretty easy, it is basically what is used to control the users on a network). He eventually just said thanks, but he was looking for someone with more experience. So basically 10 minutes wasted on the phone with this kid from Fortitude Systems which I believe is out of Chicago, Illinois. The kid Matthew seemed incredibly unintelligent as it came to IT stuff, but he played it off as being cocky like he knew what he was talking about. Another pathetic example of a recruiter and recruiting company hiring uneducated, under-skilled workers to perform jobs monkeys could do... and the monkeys could probably do better. So thanks Fortitude Systems, Eric Dwinell. If anyone here is reading their own name and wondering why someone would be roasting them, think about what you do on a daily basis, yes congrats, you have a job, that will probably last another year or so. You probably make $30,000 annually, which is great if you live with your parents. The main reason your names are being documented on this site is because you are just horrible, annoying people, seriously, get a clue. Understand people do not want you calling them unless you have something to offer... for example, an INTERVIEW. We can talk about computers, my past experience, skills, roles, etc all day long, but you know what... you are getting paid while doing it, I on the other hand have to perform my own duties at my job, and I am not getting paid to talk to you... and 9 out of 10 times you produce nothing for anyone. So if you are still wondering why someone would not like you, there it is. Next time you go into work, and have to call someone for whatever reason, make sure you actually read their resume, and FFS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A JOB OFFER AND A POTENTIAL INTERVIEW READY TO SETUP... otherwise just F OFF! Seriously I don't mind seeing 10 different emails in my Inbox that read "Service Desk Technician", that's wonderful, but maybe put a little more info in the email, because when I see an email that says the above like "we have a couple positions", list the goddamned position in the email. You do not have to post the company's name (yas never do because you are scared of competition and poachers.. or a job seeker directly contacting the company... there goes your agency's 20% commission!) Man I wish every contracting agency in America, India, or wherever would just burn down to the ground... then maybe we can return back to being a thriving society which and where company's hire employees directly... but LOL that won't happen, without the agency, the middleman, these company's who are avoiding hiring directly will or may possibly be liable to offer benefits, build relationships with employees, and ugh we don't need that! So apparently this guy from Collabera Santhosh either has 2 last names, 2 phone numbers (one in NJ and one in California. I received an email and phone call initially from Santhosh Porandla, but then after 3 calls I missed in the matter of 15 minutes, I received a call from another number 425-214-0831 who also left a message, same voice, same incredibly anxious nervous stuttering nonsense for about 2-3 minutes I could not understand... and an email to follow up with the name Santhosh Shanmugam. Maybe Santhosh is a popular name in some cultures, and also maybe it is a popular name at the Collabera recruiting agency, which apparently has to have 3 people contact the same person for the same job. Whether you ignore or actually answer and talk to the 1st one, expect at least 2 more calls to ensure they are getting you.. that is some goddamned hardcore American work ethic whoooha!
But seriously, so harassing. I just want a job, I highly doubt my resume and my credentials drew the attention of a company within 12hrs of being listed, and that a position that literally describes my resume, skills, and past experience is vacant and needs me now. It has been very shady, disturbing to say the least, these guys really want a contact number for you if you don't post one. They then really want to know what you are up these nowadays, where you work, etc. However, this guy Santhosh, both # and/or #2 asked nothing about my resume.. maybe because I didn't give them the time of the day. I highly doubt they even read it, but who knows. Santhosh #1 told me I would have a phone interview at 10am this morning, he called me 3x between 9am and 10am to confirm, I did answer and CONFIRM 3x with him. 10am came, and nobody called me. He called back around 11:30am and asked how the interview went, I told him nobody called. Maybe I am paranoid, but when people with freaky accents call me, so anxious to help me and get a job, I just don't trust it. Especially when they really want to know where I reside, my best contact #, if I am currently working, if so where, how much... yada yada... it's really frightening. I am sorry but I have to post this stuff online because it's grown out of control. I remember a few years ago you could post your resume on multiple sites (the same I've mentioned) and you would get ACTUAL job offers, you weren't spammed with calls from temp agencies all day, filling your voicemail within the first 5 hours of the workday, having 2-3 people from the same agency offering you the same position, then having other odd agencies offer the same exact positions, always withholding the name of the actual hiring company... It's a disgrace. I don't know what the plot would be to ignore people, I don't know if these "agents" and "recruiters" are just fresh off the boat, so eager and happy to be working, or if their literally under a microscope from their managers to produce as many calls as they can in a day... BUT THIS SHIT HAS TO END! Just search this company's name on Google, or some of the others, search the telephone numbers I post, you will find dozens, hundreds, countless amounts of people complaining that these numbers have harassed them... yet it never ends! Ridiculous... just ridiculous, why can this country of ours put a stop to this nonsense, YES we understand that the job market is not very strong right now, but why should innocent people seeking employment have to deal with this when simply seeking a job.... UGH. Seriously, a few moments after this post I get another email from Collabra from Ahmed Lakhani, Technical Recruiter Phone Number 708-840-1415. It is regarding the same exact job the other guy emailed me about... however, now a second time. If I had my phone number online, they would have made a second call regarding the same job position. Do these guys no coordinate with one another? I do not know where 708 is, it's obviously not NJ as the other was from, but wow... work a queue ticketing system or something FFS.
Thank God, Praise Allah, my phone number is not listed! I would have had about 4-5 calls from the first guy, even IF I ANSWERED, because they seemingly want to chat all day because they have nothing else to do... god forbid this 2nd guy started calling, at 6:50pm ET while I am getting ready for supper. Just another example of another god awful contracting agency that needs to die.... First off I would like to thank Monster.com, thank them for requiring me to change my cell phone number. Thanks to all the harassment I have received due to the "companies" they allow to browse their search engine and contact resumes from potential job seekers. Thanks a lot, same goes out to Career Builder and Indeed, all three of these sites have the same problem. They allow these foreign contracting agencies to spam the crap out of every phone number they can find, offering non-existent jobs, these companies much like the one I will speak about below will say they have a job opening (the 1st day you post your resume.. how convenient!), they will promise to submit your information to the client (which remains nameless), nameless, LOL, who wants to work somewhere they do not even know the name of? Then after they get your information, "Submit" your info and offer, you never hear from them again... See Below.
[email protected], from Collabera. They have a phone number too, 973-598-3996. So yesterday, I posted my resume on Monster.com. However, I did not post my new phone number. Around 1pm today I receive a call from Santosh at Collabera... on my home phone line. A number that is not listed on my resume, not listed on any of these sights, but I imagine if you searched my name and town on Google maybe my home line comes up somehow... (yes my hometown/highschool graduated is listed on my resume). He lives the basic mumbled accent message, "We have job for you.." and even my family laughed because they couldn't understand 90% of what he had to say. About 5-10 minutes later I get an email from him... so these recruiters from these agencies can now search your name to get your phone number off search engines, or more disturbingly, elsewhere? Wow, I don't get how this is legal... The sad thing is that on my resume it directs potential employers to FIRST send an email, and if I am interested I will reply with my contact information and/or number... but apparently these guys understand English so very little, they just need to make a call, even if it's to a number they have no idea who they are calling. And wow, ya, another job offer less then 12 hours after posting my resume... because my resume is that awesome! So here is the summary of the email, he asked me the same nonsense I've been asked 100x over before, shows a basic job description: Position: Desk Side Support Location: Morristown, NJ Duration: Contract (6+ Months) Roles & Responsibility: · Desktops/Laptops/Printer /PDAs & BB/Scanner Support · Repair, maintain, image, reimage, update, upgrade and deploy laptops and desktop computers including replacing defective hard drives and memory. · Take backup of Desktop/laptops whenever required · Troubleshoot Desktop/Laptops/Printers hardware/Scanner/PDAs & Blackberry/internet/Email issues · Copy/Burn images on CD/DVD etc. · Install software and applications on the desktop/Laptops · Software and equipment configurations. · Providing the Software and Equipment Configuration Items and storing them in the CMDB (as per Policy) in order to define, maintain, and report the configurations utilized by each End User within Environment. · Design/configure/review/Maintaining as a Configuration Item information and documentation for any existing, new, enhanced, or modified System Software. · Distribute/assisting in scheduling of Software at the desk side electronically. Resolving all incidents for end users. · In case of primary resource absence, this resources needs to work as secondary and need to get trained regularly. · It is a white glove support and should know about latest technologies and be on standby in case you have to travel for KT and handover from Rovinel. · Principal Accountabilities · Work closely with service desk & other track teams to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve chronic problems. · Training: Be willing to impart on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities. Then you get the do you agree to so I can Submit nonsense, please respond kindly... 1st Name: Middle: Last Name: Best Contact no: Current Location: Work authorization: Visa Validity: Skype Id: Interview Availability time: Onsite availability (post-selection): Wow, Skype is required? If you read my resume, you would know that I AM a US CITIZEN! But go ahead, ask me it twice... and no, sorry, not getting my phone number, I have no idea who you are submitting to. And when I saw his reply before his approval to "Submit" he knew my middle initial, I didn't tell him it, it wasn't on my resume... Thanks again Monster.com, now these spamming recruiting services you authorize to view your site will call any number they can find on the internet to try and get in touch with you, might as well call my high school and ask if they know where I am. When will this bullshit in America end, why is it so bad on the East Coast? I speak to friends and colleagues in the South and Mid-West and they don't play this nonsense... I guess NJ/NY are the breeding grounds for Indian Temp Agencies... more so Indian Annoy the Shit out of you agencies.... Seriously, thanks again Monster, Indeed, and CareerBuilder, you have all successfully been able to ruin a part of my life with daily harassment from companies you can ask 20 different times to leave you alone, yet they don't.... I thought it may have all been over.. I was wrong. After not much Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings I received multiple calls from several random #'s, some from California, Florida, and jeez I forget else honestly. Same bull, few Indian accents, actually 5/6 the count being from voicemail left and not many follow up emails. I did enjoy one email from one by a place named Calabra, of course the name was Sudran or something and he offered me an "Excellent opportunity!" and "I wish this message finds you in the best regards!" Wow, I hope it doesn't! He had an offer for a desktop position for $52,000, so I replied as the location solely said "New Jersey"... I asked whereabouts in NJ? No answer...
